Speed Lab & Strength Factory 

Performance Training for Grades 5–8
This elite training program is designed for young athletes who want to build a strong foundation in speed, strength, and injury prevention. Led by the New England Free Jacks’ professional performance staff, each session combines science-backed coaching with advanced training technology to deliver real, measurable results. Based on your membership, athletes can focus on Strength, Speed, or a combination of both.
 
Strength Factory
Develop full-body strength, improve movement mechanics, and reduce injury risk using Keiser pneumatic resistance and VALD Force Plates.
 
Speed Lab
Enhance speed, agility, and explosiveness through sprint training and reactive drills. Each athlete receives a Universal Speed Rating (USR) account, with performance tracked using VALD Laser Timing Gates and Force Plates.

Strength Factory + Speed lab

Functional Strength for Youth Athletes is a 10-week training program designed for committed middle and high school student-athletes.

This class focuses on functional strength development through structured weight training, with added speed and agility work to support overall athletic performance.

Led by the expert Strength & Conditioning Coaches from the New England Free Jacks, the program is split into dedicated sessions for middle school and high school athletes. Classes run for 60 minutes and are available once, twice, or unlimited times per week at tiered pricing: $350 for one session per week, $525 for two, and $650 for unlimited access. Sessions are held on Mondays (5–6 PM for Middle School, 6–7 PM for High School), Tuesdays (4:30–5:30 PM and 5:30–6:30 PM for High School), Thursdays (5–6 PM for Middle School, 5:30–6:30 PM for High School), and Saturdays (12–1 PM for both groups). Speed and Agility Summer Clinic

The Hardkore Athletic Performance Center is hosting a dynamic Speed & Agility Summer Clinic designed for boys and girls in grades 2 through 9.

 

Open to athletes from all sports, this clinic runs from 9AM to 12PM and focuses on key performance fundamentals including explosion, balance, body control, and coordination. With multiple sessions offered throughout the summer—June 30 to July 3 (Grades 2–5), July 14 to 17 (Grades 6–9), July 28 to 31 (Grades 2–5), and
